Petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail earlier under order dated 15.5.2008 (annexure-1) his prayer for bail was considered and rejected with certain observation. Instead of surrendering in the court below in the light of the observation the petitioner has approached this court r second time

It is contended that during the pendency of this application the parties have arrived at amicable settlement. Referring to the order dated 23.7.2009 passed by the Family Court in Maintenance case No. 77 (M) of 2007 (annexure-3) it is contended that a joint petition in this regard has already been filed and in the light of the said petition the maintenance case has been disposed of. This court does not appreciate filing of repeated application seeking anticipatory bail. Let the petitioner surrender and apply for regular bail and it shall be open to the petitioner to plead all relevant fact before the court below including the order placed at annexure-3. It is expected that the court below shall pass appropriate order in accordance with law. This application is accordingly disposed of.
