2 05-07-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the

following reliefs:-

"1.A. For issuance of writ in nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent No. 2 for early hearing to dispose of the Appeal No. 30 of 2019 pending before the Board of Revenue, Bihar in accordance with Law in time bound manner.

B. For issuance of Writ in nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent No. 2 to dispose of the Interlocutory Application (I.A.) filed by the Petitioner for vacating the Stay order dated 10.02.2020 passed by Learned Board of Revenue,

Bihar in Appeal No. 30 of 2019 in accordance with Law.

C. For issuance of Writ in nature of Mandamus directing the Respondents not to take unnecessary adjournment in Appeal No. 30 of 2019 pending before the Learned Board of Revenue, Bihar delaying the decision/ disposal of appeal."

The learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the appeal in question is pending since the year, 2019, hence the proceeding of the same be expedited, to which the learned senior counsel appearing for the private respondent no.3, has got no objection.

Accordingly, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition with a direction to the Appellate Authority to dispose off the aforesaid pending appeal bearing Appeal No.30 of 2019, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order/judgment, after hearing the respective parties, within a period of six months, from today.
