Nagendra Prasad Kuer, aged about 57 years, S/o Late Kamta Prasad Kuer, House of Dheeraj Prasad Mahabir Gali, P.O. Lodipur, P.S. Kotwali, District-Patna…….Petitioner.

Versus

        1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Respondent Provident Fund.

After some argument learned counsel for the petitioner has proposes to file a representation before Respondent No.1 for redressal of his grievance as raised in the writ petition.

In case such representation is filed within a period of four weeks along with certified copy of present order, the Respondent No.1 Shall consider the same and disposed of the representation filed by the petitioner by a reasoned order in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of four months on receipt of such representation.

Upon such consideration, in case representation is disposed of in favour of the petitioner, the Respondent no. 1 shall simultaneously issue necessary order with regard to claim of the petitioner as raised in his representation in the light of the order passed by him representation.

With the above observations/direction the writ application is disposed of.
