	including the order of cognizance dated 21.12.2009 passed by the
	Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Nawada P.S. case No.354 of
	2005.
	Since the Petitioner<br>seeks quashing on disputed questions
	of fact, which cannot be looked into at the stage of 482 Cr.P.C., I
	am not inclined to entertain this application.

The application is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to raise all these points at the stage of trial, if it has not been concluded.
