A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Magadh Medical P.S. Case No.160 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 313 and 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code besides Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The accusation is that while the informant, after the marriage, was kept properly for one month by her sasural people but, thereafter, her husband and other in-laws started to make demand of cash Rs.1,00,000/- and a motorcycle in dowry, then the informant showed the inability of her father to fulfill the aforesaid demand. After that, the informant was being tortured through various modes

by her husband and other in-laws. On 27.05.2017, the informant was ousted from her matrimonial house by causing assault by her sasural people, due to which she lost her pregnancy.

Further submission is that Nagendra Kumar, the husband of the informant, is already in jail custody.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender by them within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Gaya, in connection with Magadh Medical P.S.
