9. 19.08.2011 It is submitted by the counsel for the Bihar State Housing Board that the order of the High Court dated 22.02.2010 as also the order dated 18.4.2011 passed in L.P.A. No.688 of 2010 affirming the earlier order dated 22.2.2010 has been stayed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in S.L.P.(Civil) No.CC 13467 of 2011 and notice has been issued to the contempt petitioner. As the aforesaid two orders have been challenged before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and notice has been issued to the contempt petitioner, I am not inclined to proceed any further with the contempt petition, which is accordingly, disposed of directing the petitioner to appear in the aforesaid S.L.P.
