ORAL ORDER
3 01-10-2013 Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Having regard to the complicity of the petitioner under Section-302 of the Indian Penal Code, this Court taking into account the fact that the petitioner has a proved track record of criminal antecedent in seven cases and that there is direct allegation against the petitioner in paragraph no. 97 and 99 of the case diary, wherein, he has been named with few others to be the person to have killed the deceased father of the informant, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
The prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
In view of the fact that the petitioner is in jail since, 04.04.2012,
if the other accused persons have already been nabbed, the trial of the petitioner must be expedited.
