Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhaptiyahi P.S. Case No. 49 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 353, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case as well as this aspect of the matter that the only allegation against the petitioner is that he misbehaved with the informant, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within three weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in Bhaptiyahi P.S. Case No. 49 of 2012 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
