3 21-11-2013 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the informant as well as learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Complaint Case No. 926 of 2002/ T.R. No. 398 of 2013 registered under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner misappropriated the amount of the complainant and others being the Managing Director of the alleged Finance Company.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in jail custody since 15. 07. 2013 and this case arises out of complaint case.

Having regard to the fact and circumstance of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Complaint Case No. 926 of 2000 , T.R. No. 398 of 2013, subject to condition that petitioner will appear on each and every date fixed in this case and any absence of the petitioner shall be subject to satisfaction of the court below on reasonable ground. Further condition that petitioner shall not absent on two consecutive dates. Further condition that petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the court. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial on day to day basis.
