2 14-02-2020 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhadwar P.S. Case No.15/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 147, 148, 149, 149, 302, 120B of the IPC.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has committed no offence and falsely been implicated in this case. Further submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 26.09.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned I/C Judicial

Magistrate, Ist Class, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Bhadwar P.S. Case No.15/2019.
