5 01-12-2011 In view of the order dated 19.08.2011, husband and wife are physically present in Court and submit that both are leading their conjugal life peacefully with love and affection.
Taking the same into consideration, prayer of the petitioner for bail is allowed.
In the event of arrest or surrender within one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, above named petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of C.J.M., East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Complaint Case No. 1173 of 2004 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
