ORDER:-

None appears for the petitioner.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader Home for the respondents/ police, on instructions, categorically submitted that a case in Crime No. 323 of 2015 has been registered and Charge Sheet has been filed on 21.02.2024 in C.C.No.3398 of 2020 on the file of court of III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada. Therefore,

nothing survives in this writ petition and requested to record the same and close the writ petition.

Since investigation has been completed in the crime and filed Charge Sheet before the trial court, hence the relief as claimed by the petitioner has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

The miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
