WHEREAS the petitioner has presented under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, the above case through his counsel Sri V.S.R. Anjaneyulu, praying the High Court to deal the respondents in accordance with law for willful violating the order passed by this Hon'ble Court dated 4.2.2016 in W.P.No. 41253 of 2015.

WHEREAS the said case coming on for hearing, and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein and orders of this Hon'ble Court dt. 29-07-2016 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri V.S.R. Anjanevulu, Advocate for petitioner and of the Assistant Govt. Pleader for Revenue, for respondents, made the following ORDER:-

"Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has drawn the attention of this court to Para 6 of the reply-affidavit (counter) and states that the $2^{nd}$ respondent has passed order Nos.8 and 9 of 2016 dated 27.05.2016 refusing the registration of the pending document as the vendor of the petitioner has no right or title over the subject property.

However, the orders said to be passed by the $2^nd$ respondent are not annexed to the reply-affidavit.

Hence, issue notice in Form-I to the respondents.

Post on 20.08.2021."

You shall attend the High Court of Andhra Pradesh in person on 20-08-2021 at 10.30 A.M and shall continue to attend the High Court on all days thereafter to which date the case against you stands adjourned, and until final orders are passed on the charge against you. $\omega$
