THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE K. MANMADHA RAO
CIVIL REVISION PETITON No. 131 of 2016
ORDER:
Aggrieved by the order dated 28.09.2015 passed in I.A.No.1555 of 2014 in O.S.No.02 of 2007 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Adone, the petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition.

Sri M.R.S.Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioners submits cause of action in this matter does not survive and this C.R.P. may be closed as the suit was already dismissed on 10.07.2023 with costs. Registry has placed a copy of e-court proceedings of lower Court on record to that effect.

In view of the above submission and on perusal of material on record, this Court finds that cause of action does not survive in this matter and accordingly the C.R.P. is closed.
There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
