ORDER:
The present writ petition is filed by the petitioners seeking the following relief, which reads as under:
"to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of 2 nd respondent in issuing Memo Nos.Estt/557/2016-17 and Estt/584/2016-17 dated 04.07.2016 as illegal, arbitrary, irregular, discriminatory and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and also Act 4 of 2014 with a consequent direction to continue the petitioners in service till they attain the age of superannuation i.e., 60 years and to pass such other order or orders……….."

Today, none appeared for the petitioners. On 21.03.2015, as there was no representation from the side of the petitioners, the matter stands posted to today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today also none appeared for the petitioners either in the morning session or evening session. Even at revised call also, there is no representation for the petitioners.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.
