Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue appropriate writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the proceedings of the $2^{\ensuremath{\mathrm{nd}}}$ respondent in Rc.No.A2/2012, dt. -10-2012 directing the petitioners children to admit in some other schools during the middle of the academic year 2012-13 as wholly illegal, arbitrary and in violalion of Art.14, 16 and 41 of the Constitution of India and consequently set aside the proceedings of the 2^nd respondent in Rc.No.A2/2012, dt. -102012 in the interest of justice.

The Court made the following:

1. The present Writ Petition is filed to issue appropriate writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Rc.No. A2/2012, dt. -10-2012 directing the petitioners' children to admit in some other schools during the middle of the academic year 2012-13.

At the time of admission, this Court granted interim order, directing the $2.$ respondents that the children of the petitioners', who are studying in the 4^th respondent's school shall not be required to pay the fee over and above.

Pursuant to the interim order, the cause does not survive for further $3.$ adjudication.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
