Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring action of the respondent no.3 in issuing termination letter No.YUV/Engg.Section/Notice for Termination/2016-17, dated 06-07-2016 terminating from Running the University Canteen existing in Yogi Vemana University campus, Kadapa; is Illegal, arbitrary, contrary to the agreement executed by the respondent and in violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India besides in violation of principles of natural justice and consequently allow the petitioner to Run the University Canteen existing in Yogi Vemana University, campus, Kadapa, by setting a side the termination letter No.YIN/Engg.Section/Notice for Termination/2016-17, dated 06-07-2016 issued by 3'^'^ respondent.

This writ petition came to be filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:-

"....to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring action of the termination respondent $No.3$ in issuing letter No.YUV/Engg.Section/Notice for Termination/2016-17, dated 06-07-2016, terminating from Running the University Canteen existing in Yoqi Vemana University campus, Kadapa; is illegal, arbitrary, contrary to the agreement executed by the respondent and in violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India besides in violation of principles of natural justice and consequently allow the petitioner to Run the University Canteen existing in Yogi Vemana University. campus, Kadapa, by setting aside the termination letter No.YIN/Engg Section/Notice for Termination/2016-17, dated 06-07-2016 issued by 3<sup>rd</sup> respondent and to pass..."

Heard Sri T. Niranjan, learned Standing Counsel appearing for $2.$ the respondents. There is no representation for the petitioner.

As the present writ petition is filed to declare the termination 3. letter issued by the 3<sup>rd</sup> respondent vide No.YUV/Engg.Section/Notice Termination/2016-17 dated 06.07.2016, from running the for university canteen existing in respondents' University campus, Kadapa and in view of the fact that the petitioner could not secure any interim order in the present case, this Court is of the opinion that the cause does not survive anymore.

  1. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in the Writ Petition, shall also stand closed.
