The Court made the following Order:

This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the Respondent Nos.3 to 5 in interfering with the civil matters, agricultural operations, summoning petitioners to the police station frequently, and harassing without any fault without following the due process of alw, at the behest of Respondent Nos.6 to 9 having received the representation, legal opinion, in respect of the agricultural land admeasuring Ac.8.00 cents in Survey No.569/1/A1 of ^ Dachepally village and Mandal, Guntur district, as illegal and arbitrary.

None appeared for the petitioner. Heard learned Assistant Government $2.$ Pleader for Home appearing for the official respondents.

On hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home furnished $3.$ a copy of Written Instructions issued by Sub-Inspector of Police, Dachepalli Police Station, Guntur district, dated 21.07.2016 and submits that there was no case registered against the petitioner with regard to the agricultural lands admeasuring Ac.8.00 cents in Survey No.569/1/A1 of Dachepally village and the respondents police never threatened the petitioner as alleged by the petitioner in the writ petition.

In view of the submissions made by learned Assistant Government $\overline{4}$ Pleader for Home and upon perusing the written instructions issued by respondent police, this Court is of the view that, nothing survives in the present writ petition for any further adjudication.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. $5.$

There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
