Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue ^a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the

nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3 to 5 respondents in seeking to dispossess the petitioner from an extent of Ac. 3-33 cents of land and a house situated in Sy. No. 836 / 1, Pambali locks, Duggaraju patnam Village, Vakadu Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, as illegal, arbitrary and unjust and in violation of principles of natural justice and in violation of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India, and consequently direct the 3 to 5 respondents not to dispossess petitioners from the above said land without following due process of law.
