Mr.Nooka Jagannadha, learned counsel for the respondent represented that, in compliance to the order of this Court dated 24.8.2022 passed in W.P.No.26712 of 2022, the respondent herein issued a Memo dated 14.12.2022 stating that "the representation Dt: 14-06-2022 is examined and considered to release the Annual Grade Increments pending finalisation of the disciplinary proceedings to Sri D.S.Vinay Kumar Reddy, PET as per eligibility and rules in vogue". He further submits that the respondent herein also issued proceedings dated 02.01.2023 where under sanction was accorded for an

3. In view of the above, the respondent has complied with the order of this Court, and accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. If at all the petitioner has any grievance, he is at liberty to avail the remedies available under law. No order as to costs.
