ORDER:
The present Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondents in seeking dispossession of the petitioners from their house site patta land admeasuring Ac.0.03 cents each in Sy.No.715 of Gollapalli Village, H/o Morebagula Village, Gudibanda Mandal, Sri Sathya Sai District, Erstwhile Anantapur District, without following any procedure, as illegal, against the principles of natural justice and violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

At the time of considering the matter, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue placed a copy of the written instructions dated 11.11.2022 issued by the 4th respondent for perusal of this Court, which goes to show that no attempts are being made to dispossess the petitioners. The relevant portion of the instructions reads as follows:-
"It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that the writ petitioners' assertions are not correct and not true. The writ petitioners' sites are not measured by the Mandal Surveyor. The Surveyor has not entered into their sites in Survey No.715 of Gollapalli Village, H/o Morebagula as alleged in the writ petition. The petitioners are not dispossessed of their sites if any nor are they disturbed of their possession. A statement recorded by me from the Mandal Surveyor is also submitted for perusal."
- In the light of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of, leaving it open to the respondents to adhere to the procedure contemplated under Law, in the event they intend to take any action with regard to the subject matter property. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, all pending applications shall stand closed.
