Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to direct the lst respondent to act upon proposals of the 2nd respondent sent vide proc.Rc.No.3033/Estt/2017 dt.13.3.2019 for issuance of posting orders as Fireman in the 3rd respondent office in view of the inter-state transfers order issued vide G.O.Ms. No. 26 Home Department dt. 5-3-2018.

On 16.05.2019, the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal granted an interim order in O.A.No.806 of 2019, with the following direction:

"Pending further orders, the respondents are directed to consider and act upon the Proceedings of the 2^nd respondent/Director General in Rc. No.3033/Estt/2017, dated 13.03.2019 and shall pass appropriate orders for issuing posting orders to the applicant within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services seeks time to get instructions on the interim order passed by the Tribunal in O.A.No.806 of 2019, which is renumbered as W.P.(AT).No.848 of 2022.

Post the matter on 07.11.2024.
