The Court made the following ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 19.10.2022 in Principal of warrant of arrest for O.S.No. 195/2007 passed by the E.P.No.150/2015 in Senior Civil Judge, Chittoor, ordering issuance detention of Judgment Debtor in civil prison, subject to Section ⁵⁵ CPC.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the 2. petitioner submits that the petitioner had filed l.P. and protection order was E.P.No. 150/2015 was closed aiving granted therein, and in view of the same liberty to the decree holder to reopen the issue as and when the I.P. is disposed of.

In view of the protection order granted in I.P. filed by the petitioner, the $3.$ impugned order in E.P.No.150/2015 is also subject to further orders to be granted in the said I.P.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to $4.$ costs.

As a sequel, Interlocutory applications, pending if any, shall stand closed. Sd/-B.PRASADA RAO
