The Court made the following ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 19.10.2022 in E.P.No.150/2015 in O.S.No.195/2007 passed bv the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Chittoor, ordering issuance of warrant of arrest for detention of Judgment Debtor in civil prison, subject to Section 55 CPC.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had filed I.P. and protection order was granted therein, and in view of the same, E.P.No.150/2015 was closed giving liberty to the decree holder to reopen the issue as and when the I.P. is disposed of.

3. In view of the protection order granted in I.P. filed by the petitioner, the impugned order in E.P.No.150/2015 is also subject to further orders to be granted in the said I.P.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Interlocutory applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
