WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri SURESH KUMAR REDDY KALAVA presented this Petition under Section 115 of C.P.C. begs to present this Memorandum of Civil Revision Petition before this Hon'ble court against common Order passed in E.P.No.150 of 2015 in O.S. No. 195 of 2007 on the file of The Prl.Senior Civil Judge, Chittoor, Chittoor District dated 19.10.2022.

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and memorandum of grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri SURESH KUMAR REDDY KALAVA Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this CIVIL REVISION PETITION should not be admitted.
