WHEREAS the Petitioner has presented under Section 10 to 12 of the Contempt of courts Act 1971, above case through their counsel M/s. Javvaji Sarath Chandra, praying that this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to punish the respondent herein for their wilful disobedience of the orders in W.P.No.14402 of 2022, dated 17.06.2022;

WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. Javvaji Sarath Chandra, Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issuance of Notice to the respondents, to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof, the said case should not be admitted.
