Jagananna Colony", that is located in Sy.Nos.589 - 5, Uravakonda Village and Mandal, Anantapur District, as llPayyavula Kesava Colony -1" and llPayyavula Kesava Colony -2'' as being illegal, arbitrary, unJ'uSt, irregular, violative of Wednusbury's principle of rationality, violative of the provl-sions of the panchayat Raj Act, 1994 and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of lndl'a, consequently set aside the Resolution Passed by the uravakonda Gram Panchayat on ' a.+ 21.10:2024, direct the Respondents herein to not change the name of the <..-, layout titled l{Y.S.R.
