Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to DIRECT the respondents not to interfere with the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property to an extent of Ac.0.12 cents situated at Sy.No.513-16 of Avilala Village, Tirupati Rural Mandal, Tirupati District, Erstwhile Chittoor District, pending disposal of the writ petition and pass Pending disposal of WP No. 31005 of 2024, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri SURESH KUMAR REDDY KALAVA Advocate for the Petitioner, GP FOR REVENUE for the Respondent Nos.1 to 4; GP FOR HOME for the Respondent Nos.5 & 6 and the Court made the following.

ORDER:

"This application is filed for the following relief:

"to direct the respondents not to interfere with the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the agricultural lands of extent of Ac. 0.12 cents situated at Sy. No.513-16 of Avilala village, Tirupati District, Erstwhile Chittoor District".

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counselor for the respondents.

Considering the submissions made by both the parties, there shall be an interim direction directing the both parties to maintain status-quo, for a period of four $(4)$ weeks.
