This Civil Revision Petition has been filed aggrieved by the orders passed in I.A.No.151 of 2011 in O.S.NO.104 of 2006 dated 25.09.2012 on the file of VIII Addl.District & Sessions Judge(FTC), Vijayawada.
. As per the Case Information Status (CIS), O.S.NO.104 of 2006 was dismissed for default on 11.10.2018. Therefore, this civil revision petition has now rendered infructuous.
Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
