Learned counsel for respondent is present. No representation on behalf of appellant. This Court ordered notice to the appellant as the counsel appearing for the appellant is appointed as Member of Consumer Forum. Notice sent to the appellant to the address shown in the appeal. But notice is not served to the appellant on the ground that 'no such addressee'. This Court has made efforts to serve the notice but it is not served. This Court has no other option except to dismiss the appeal.

02. In the result, appeal is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this appeal shall stand closed.
