Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declaring the inaction of the respondents in not granting press acredation to the petitioner is illegal, arbitrary and violative of the 'State and District level press Acredation committees and media Acredation Rules, 2005'framed by the 1st respondent in <G.O.M.S.No>. 96 General Administration (l&PR) Departriient, dated 8-3-2006 and consequently direct the respondents to grant press accredation to the petitioner forthwith for the year 2012 & 2013.
