When the matter was called on 26.07.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner, as such, the matter was adjourned to two weeks. Even on the next date of adjournment i.e., on 14.08.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner, as such, this Court directed the matter to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'.

Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner has not interested in prosecuting the writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
