WHEREAS the Petitioners have presented under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, above case through their counsel Sri N.Ranga Reddy, praying the High Court to punish the Respondents for wilfully and deliberately disobeying the orders passed in W.P.No.19672 of 2022 dated 01.08.2022;

WHEREAS the said case coming on for hearing on this day and whereas the High Court upon perusing the affidavit filed herein and the order of High Court dated 25.01.2023 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri N.Ranga Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Smt S.Siva Kumari, Advocate for Respondent No.3 and of Sri V.Ashok Ram, Advocate for Respondent No.5, Court made the following

ORDER:

"It is represented that the bills of the petitioner have not yet been uploaded. There is no compliance despite time being granted.

Accordingly, issue Form-I to the 4^th respondent.

However, the presence of the respondent shall stand dispensed with, if the bills are uploaded by that day.
