		regularized.<br>The<br>Official<br>Respondents<br>may
		particularly take into account the Order passed by
		the District Medical and Health Officer, Kurnool
		dated<br>23.09.2020 in<br>Rc.No.1388/E4/2009<br>and
		also<br>the<br>Judgment<br>rendered<br>by<br>the<br>Hon'ble
		Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.16002 of
		2010 confirming the Order of the Andhra Pradesh
		Administrative Tribunal in O.A.No.546 of 2007
		dated 20.05.2009.

The Writ Petitioners are directed to submit a
copy of this Order to the Official Respondents
within<br>one<br>(1)<br>week.<br>Thereafter,<br>the<br>Official
Respondents shall<br>consider and comply with<br>the
directions given herein<br>above.
