WHEREAS the petitioner has presented under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, the above case through his counsel Sri Satyanarayana Nimmala, praying the High Court pleased to punish the Respondents herein, for their willful, blatant and utter violation of the order dated 21.06.2022 passed by this Court in WP No. 26647 of 2021, in the interest of justice.

WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders on admission on this day and whereas the High Court upon perusing the affidavit filed therein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Satyanarayana Nimmala, Advocate for the petitioner and Sri V. Ashok Ram for the Respondent No.1 and Mr. C. Sumon, Advocate for the Respondent No.2 and Sri Kasa Jagan Mohan Reddy, Advocate for the Respondent No.3 and the Court made the following

are hereby required to appear in person before the High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Amaravati (Nelapadu) on 04.01.2023 at 10.30 A.M and show cause as to why you shall not be punished or other appropriate order be not passed against you for contempt of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, at Amaravati.

You shall attend the High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Amaravati (Nelapadu) in person on 04.01.2023 at 10.30 A.M and shall continue to attend the High Court on all days thereafter to which date the case against you stands adjourned, and until final orders are passed on the charge against you.
