Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in memorandum of grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the Petitioner/Accused No.2 on bail in the event of his arrest in FIR.No.10 of 2020 dt.22.01.2020 on the file of Ponnur Rural Police Station, Guntur District;

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and memorandum of grounds of criminal petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri V.Vinod.K.Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioner and Public Prosecutor for the Respondent, the Court made the following;

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor seeks time submitting that the learned Public Prosecutor would appear and argue the matter.

Considering the fact that a quash petition in Crl.P.No.8566 of 2024 is also coming up for hearing and is adjourned to another date, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation and the respondent-State is directed not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner till the next date of hearing.
