WHEREAS the Petitioner has presented under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of courts Act 1971, above case through his counsel Sri BATHALA RAMESH, praying that this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to punish the respondents herein for deliberate, intentional and willful violation of the orders in W.P.No.18906 of 2022, dated 25.07.2022;
