Whereas the Petitioners above named through their Advocate Sri Yadavalli Ramesh, presented this petition under Section 30 of the Employees Compensation Act, 1923, against the Order dated 30-06-202 passed in E.C. Case No. 2 of 2021 grantign compensation of Rs. 5,05,232/- against the claim amount o Rs. 20,00,000, on the file of the Commissioner of Employees Compensation and Assitant Commissioner of Labour, Tenali.

And whereas the High Court, upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Yadavalli Ramesh, Advocate for the Petitioners, directed issue of notice to the Respondent herein to show cause why this C.M.A. should not be admitted. You viz:

• 1. Punuru Sunitha, W/o. Hari Hara Reddy, R/o. H.No. 101, Mulukuduru Village, Ponnuru Mandal, Guntur district.
• 2. National Insurance Company Ltd., Rep. by its Authorized Signatory, Ponnuru Branch, D.No. 14-1-20, GBC Road, above Bank of India, Ponnuru, Guntur District.

Are directed to show cause either appearing in person or through an advocate as to why in the circumstances set out in this petition (copy enclosed) this C.M.A. should not be admitted within three (03) weeks.
