Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the memorandum of grounds filed in support of the Criminal Revision Case, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the operation of the Judgment passed in C.C. No. 590 of 2017 Dated, 08.06.2019. on the File of VI Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada which was Conformed in Crla.No. 118 of 2019 Dated. 12.08.2022 on the file of the V Addl. Metropolitan Session Judge, Vijayawada Pending disposal of CRLRC No. 917 of 2022, on the file of the High Court.

The court while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following order. (The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case).

ORDER:

Sentence of imprisonment imposed by the Court below alone is suspended pending disposal of the Criminal Revision Case on condition of petitioner surrendering before the learned VI Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada, within a period of two (2) weeks from today, and on such surrender, the petitioner shall be enlarged on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten Thousand only) with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned VI Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada and also on depositing of 20% of the cheque amount, within a period of eight(8) weeks. In default of deposit of cheque amount, as ordered supra, the interim suspension granted today shall stand cancelled automatically without further reference to the Court.
