		Sentence of imprisonment imposed by
		the Court below alone is suspended pending
		disposal of the Criminal Revision Case on
		condition of petitioner surrendering before
		the<br>learned<br>VI<br>Metropolitan<br>Magistrate,
		Vijayawada,<br>within a period of<br>two(2) weeks
		from<br>today,<br>and<br>on<br>such<br>surrender,<br>the
		petitioner shall be enlarged on bail on his
		executing a<br>personal bond for a sum of
		Rs.10,000/-<br>(Rupees<br>ten<br>Thousand<br>only)
		with two sureties for the like sum each to the
		satisfaction of the<br>learned VI Metropolitan
		Magistrate,<br>Vijayawada<br>and<br>also<br>on

depositing of 20% of the cheque amount,
within a period of eight(8) weeks.<br>In default
of deposit of cheque amount, as ordered
supra, the interim suspension granted today
shall stand cancelled automatically without
further reference to the Court.
