due consideration, we are inclined to allow the prayers made in | |||

Accordingly, I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2022 in W.A.No.20 of 2022 | |||
and I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2022 in W.A.No.55 of 2022 are allowed. | |||
Let necessary corrections be made in the memorandum of | |||
nd respondent<br>writ appeals consequent upon transposition of the 2 | |||
as appellant No.4 in the appeals. | |||
W.A.Nos.20 and 55 of 2022 | |||
In W.A.No.20 of 2022, vide order dated 05.01.2022, this | |||
Court, while directing the appellants to pay the principal amount | |||
of the bill together with 6% interest from August, 2018 to the 1st | |||
respondent/writ<br>petitioner<br>therein,<br>stayed<br>the<br>payment<br>of | |||
remaining 6% interest till the next date of hearing. | |||
Since both the appeals arise out of same common order, | |||
there shall be similar interim order in W.A.No.55 of 2022 also and | |||
the interim orders in both the appeals shall continue till the next | |||
date of hearing. | |||
Let the respondents/writ petitioners file counters to the | |||
writ appeals within two weeks. | |||
Post the appeals after three weeks. | |||
