		Post on $20.01.2023$ .
		Sri K.Raja Reddy, learned counsel for the
		petitioners submits that the charge sheet that is
		said to have been filed in the case was not found in
		the records when the counsel appearing for the
		petitioners had verified in the trail Court.
		The learned counsel for the petitioners submits
		that the investigating officer is now taking steps to
		arrest the petitioners.
		In view of the earlier submission made by the
		learned Public Prosecutor that a charge sheet had
		already been filed, it is clear that the investigating
		officer had not deemed it fit to arrest the
		petitioners before the filing of the charge sheet. In
		such circumstances, seeking arrest of the
		petitioners now would not be appropriate.
		Accordingly, no coercive steps including arrest
		of the petitioners shall be undertaken by the
		investigating officer, pending further orders.
