Petition under Section 397(1) of Cr.P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the memorandum of grounds filed in support of the Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the operation of sentence and Order dated 06.05.2010 in Crl.A.No.45 of 2010 on the file of the XI Additional District & Sessions Judge, Guntur at Tenali confirming the sentences and Order dated 11.01.2010 passed in C.C.No.177 of 2008 on the file of II Addl. Junior Civil Judge Court, Tenali, by enlarging the petitioner on bail, Pending disposal of CRLRC 998 of 2010, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the memorandum of grounds filed in support thereof and the orders of the Common High Court dated 19.05.2010, 16.11.2023 & 19.02.2024 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Public Prosecutor for Respondent, the Court made the following

ORDER

"The petitioner/accused produced by HC-3870 of Vemuru Police Station of Guntur District on execution of NBWs issued by this Court on 19.02.2024.

The petitioner/accused would submit that he will engage another Counsel and proceed with hearing. $\frac{1}{1}$

On recording the submission made by the petitioner/accused, he is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a Personal Bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) before the Registrar (Judicial) for his due appearance before this Court and to proceed with hearing by engaging another Counsel.

List the case under the caption of "Final hearing" on 06.03.2024."
