"There was no representation for the petitioner on 08.09.2023, 27.09.2023 and 30.10.2023.

Today, also there is no representation for the petitioner.

Hence, the bail granted to the petitioner by the Court vide order dated 19.05.2010 in Crl.R.C.M.P.No.1448 of 2010 is cancelled.
