WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through her Advocate Sri Srinivasa Rao Bodduluri presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent in granting scholarship under the Jagananna Vidya Deevena and Jagananna Vasathi Deevena as illegal, arbitrary, in violation of the principles of natural justice, against the provisions of G.O.Ms.No.115 dated 30-11-2019 of the 1st respondent and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents forthwith to issue fee reimbursement under scheme Jagananna Vidya Deevena and provide prescribed amount under Jagananna Vasathi Deevena, to the petitioner.

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri SRINIVASA RAO BODDULURI Advocate for the Petitioner GP for SOCIAL WELFARE for the Respondent No.1, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.
