WHEREAS the Petitioner has presented under sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of courts Act 1971, above case through his counsel Sri. SMT KAVITHA GOTTIPATl, praying that this Hon'ble High Couh may be pleased to punish the respondents hereln for thel'r willfully and deliberately dl'sobeying of the orders in W.P.No.16458 of 2022, dated 05.07.2022;

WHEREAS the said case coming on for hearl'ng on this day and whereas the High Court upon perusing the affidavit filed herel'n and the order of High Court dated.23.12.2022, made herein and upon hearing the arguments of SMT.
