		Miscellaneous<br>Petition is allowed. FCOP
		No.739<br>of 2022<br>on the file of Family
		Court,<br>Vijayawada,<br>Krishna<br>District<br>is
		hereby withdrawn and transferred to the
		Senior Civil Judge's Court, Kovvur. The
		Family Court, Vijayawada,<br>shall<br>transmit
		the case records in FCOP.No.739 of 2022
		after<br>duly<br>indexed<br>to<br>the<br>Senior<br>Civil
		Judge's Court, Kovvur<br>as expeditiously as
		possible.<br>The Senior Civil Judge, Kovvur<br>is
		directed not to insist physical presence<br>of
		the respondent<br>before the Court, if he
		engages an<br>Advocate. He can insist his
		presence when ever required during the
		course of enquiry.<br>The Senior Civil Judge,
		Kovvur<br>shall<br>explore<br>possibility<br>of
		conducting enquiry/trial of the case by
		utilising Video Conferencing facility<br>with

the consent of both parties.
No order as to costs.<br>Consequently,
