The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Criminal Petition and the memorandum of grounds filed in support thereof and the earlier Order of the High Court dated 27.09.2022, 22.11.2022, 14-12-2022 and 04-01-2023 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri K. JYOTHI PRASAD, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Sri T. V. JAGGI REDDY, Advocate for Respondent, the Court made the following. ORDER :-
