WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through their Advocate Sri K V Vijaya Kumar presented this Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the High Court may be pleased to set aside the order dt. 09.05.2022 in IA No.178/2020 in OS.No.206/2012 passed by Hon'ble Judge, Family Court-cum- V Addl. District Judge court, Tirupathi, Chittoor District in allowing the petition for impelading the respondent No.1, by dismissing the same.
AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and memorandum of grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri K V Vijaya Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioners, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this CIVIL REVISION PETITION should not be admitted. You viz:
