WHEREAS the petitioners has presented this case under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act. 1971, through his counsel Sri S.Srinivasa Rao, praying that this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to punish the Respondents/Contemnors for willful and deliberate disobedience action and committed an act of contempt for violating the Orders of this Hon'ble Supreme Court in Arnesh Kumar Vs State of Bihar and Another (2014) 8 SCC 273 while arresting the Petitioners in Crime No. 80 of 2022 dated 14.5.2022 on the file of the Lakkireddipalli Police Station, YSR District and punish the Contemnors Article 215 of Constitution of India and u/s 10 and 12 of Contempt of Courts Act.

AND WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri S.Srinivasa Rao, Advocate for the petitioners, directed issuance of notice to the respondents 1 & 2 herein, to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof, the said case should not be admitted.

Therefore, you namely;

    1. G. Raju, Circle Inspector of Police, Lakkireddipalli Police station, Lakkireddipalli Circle, Annamayya District. Presently working at Pulivendula urban Police Station, kadapa District

be and hereby are directed to show cause, as to why the contempt case should not be admitted, either appearing in person or through Advocate, duly instructed on 31.01.2023, to which date the case stands posted for hearing, failing wherein the said case will be heard and determined ex-parte.
